About lomo foundation
Lomo Foundation is non profit organization that works hand in hand with Lomo Tanzania Safari in changing the lives of less privileged children in Tanzania through education.
As the name suggests, LOMO means “Less on Ourselves, more on Others” Each trip that Lomo Tanzania Safari takes, part of the profit goes to Lomo Foundation. This is why we call it A Journey That Changes Lives.
What we do
Our Programs
Orphanage Program
Through our Safari company, we are able to make essential contributions such as food and beds. These are basic needs that are very important and sometimes not available.
School Support
From renovating schools to paying school fees to building our own schools in the near future! We believe in quality education and aim to help other achieve it at any cost!
Community development
As the sister organization of a safari company, we are very eco-aware and have initiatives for street cleaning and trash collecting days, as well as planting trees in primary schools! Our team also donates blood regularly to support the health of our communities.
